Our approach to therapy is a combination of relational and behavioral techniques, building on your strengths. Often we find there are beliefs, stories, or historical implications that inform the way we experience the world and ourselves. We even undermine the very things we want and sometimes even with clarity and awareness repeat patterns that get in the way of creating and living our fullest lives. The only thing more distressing than no awareness, is total awareness without being able to create change.
Sessions are 45 minutes once or twice weekly depending on treatment goals and targets.
